Gustavo Faigenbaum (1966)

Gustavo Faigenbaum holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the New School University, New York.

He is the author of two books: Children’s Economic Experience (2005) and Conversations with John Searle (2001), and has published over 30 articles on developmental psychology, argumentation theory, the development of social notions, and moral development in children.

Currently, he serves as a professor and researcher at the Universidad Autónoma de Entre Ríos (UADER), Argentina, where he holds the chair of Epistemological Problems of Psychology. He also creates content for his Spanish-language YouTube channel, GusFai, which has nearly 60,000 subscribers and focuses on psychoanalysis, psychology, philosophy, and social theory. Additionally, he coordinates online reading groups on philosophy and psychoanalysis and occasionally shares notes and reflections on developmental psychology on his blog, Mind Cult.

In parallel with his academic and online endeavors, he maintains a private practice as a psychologist, bringing over 25 years of clinical experience to his clients.
